Here’s some of our frequently asked questions.

Do you provide weekend cleans?

Yes, on request. Please contact us for more information.

Do I need to be at home when you clean?

No, we do have client keys and store them in a secure safe. We are also CRB checked by the local Police Authority.

How many hours do you recommend per week?

If it is a 2 bedroom house we would advise a minimum of 2-2.5 hours weekly clean. Larger houses we would advise more time.

How do I pay you?

We invoice at the end of the day you have had the clean. Payment is required on the day of the clean or the day after. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or direct debit only.

Do you accept cash or cheque?

No, we accept payment via bank transfer or direct debit.

Can I cancel my clean at short notice?

To cancel your clean you must give a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Can I cancel my services?

If you would like to cancel your services with us, all we ask is that you give us 4 weeks notice.
